At Ministry of Scent, we want you to discover your perfect fragrance journey, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes, sample vials, or discovery sets.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and has not been sprayed or used. Sample sets and individual vials are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate a Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original shipping box and include your RMA slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus original shipping costs.
